21st Annual General Meeting conducted and concluded
Resources Himalaya Foundation conducted its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 1st, 2023. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Dinesh Raj Bhuju, Chair of Resources Himalaya Foundation and led by Mr. Prakash Sharma, the General Secretary. Also, the treasurer of the organization, Ms. Patanjali Yonzon Shrestha delivered her presentation on the Financial Progress and Audit Report of the last fiscal year. The meeting was attended by 14 board members and 3 members from the operational team of the Foundation. The attendees provided valuable suggestions which helped construct the operational roadmap for the future. The key agendas of discussion included the Annual Progress Report, Annual Financial Report, Budget Allocations, and discussions on conducting new initiatives and projects. Summarizing the key points of discussion and providing the vote of thanks, Dr. Bhuju concluded the 21st AGM of the Resources Himalaya Foundation.
