COVID-19 Help Desk by Resources Himalaya Foundation details

Resources Himalaya Foundation (RHF) in collaboration with Nepal Development Research Institute (NDRI) has created a COVID-19 Help Desk to provide needed support to the COVID-19 patients and their family. RHF has created a network of volunteers to provide assistance for 24 hours. These volunteers will assist the concerned people in searching for hospital beds, oxygen cylinders, ventilators, and other medical facilities for COVID patients. For those who are staying in home isolation with COVID-19 positive, the volunteers will help them connect with doctors for medical counseling. Different volunteers are available in different time slots. Please contact them for assistance and they will provide all the support they can.
Additionally, RHF is mobilizing its young scientist Nepal (YSN) volunteers to produce education materials via podcast. These podcasts have been covering education information including science and information, Virus infection, COVID-19, pandemic and nature. These materials and information are publicly available in organization’s webpage and Facebook, and also in YSN’s Facebook.
