GLOBAL TIGER DAY-2017

To master the skill needed for successful nature and wildlife photography, a Photo Walk was organized by Environmental Graduates in Himalaya in support of Mr Bishal Gautam (Cultural/Nature/ Wildlife Photographer) on the occasion of Global Tiger Day 2017. A total of 30 students showed their active participation at Ranibari Community Forest on 29 July 2017, where they were guided and instructed by Mr Gautam with his creative and innovative photography expertise. On different note, briefing the threat posed by illegal trade and habitat loss to tiger among the attendees, Ms Binita Pandey, EGH coordinator also highlighted on Nepal’s involvement on global commitment to double global tiger population by 2022 at the end of the event.
