WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

Marking up “World Environment Day” on a theme ‘Connecting People to Nature’, Environmental Graduates in Himalaya (EGH) had organized a nature hike from Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park (Pani muhan) to Nagi Ghumba on 5 June 2017, to bring people closer to the nature. A total of 30 hikers made an active participation in the event, observing about 12 species of birds, seven butterflies’ species and three species of herpetofauna throughout the hike.
